Does a member of my staff need to be at the location while you are cleaning?

No, we clean before or after your business’ operating hours (or any time you prefer). We are typically granted our own access to your space so that we can clean without burdening you to be there.

Where is Gleem located?

Does Gleem have proper insurance?

Of course. We are fully insured — there is no risk to you for using our services.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we offer flexible one-time services, ongoing janitorial services and periodic cleans on a month-to-month basis.

What is your cancellation policy?

We strive to maintain a long-term relationship with our clients, but we understand their may be circumstances that it’s not possible. In that case, we require you to give us 30 days notice of cancellation.
